What is your shipping policy?

Orders placed Monday through thursday will be shipped within one business day. Orders placed on national holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding national holidays). a shipping notification will be sent via the email address you provide once the order leaves our headquarters.

DOMESTIC

we ship anywhere in the contiguous united states via ups ground. expEdited shipping is not available at this time. shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

NASHVILLE

unfortunately, we do not accept local try-ons or pick-up at this time. all orders will ship according to the domestic policy above.

INTERNATIONAL

we ship anywhere in the world via dhl. DHL is a trusted international carrier with expected delivery to be 2-3 days after leaving our headquarters. international shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any and all import duties and taxes that are incurred depending on the country you reside in. the bleu shop has zero control over these charges and is not responsible for arrival delays due to duties and customs.

please note: DHL import duties and taxes are estimated to be around 10-15% of your order value. If an order is refused and returned to shop the bleu, the return fees and unpaid tax and duties will be taken out of the store credit or exchange amount.


the bleu shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Please read our return policy carefully. we are unable to accept returns for any of our shop the closet and editorial collections at this time. these purchases are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. shop the bleu guarantees that all items are represented accurately and brands listed are authentic. please be sure to read each description carefully and check the measurements before purchasing.

most bleu collaborations have a 7-day return policy, from the date of arrival and will be accepted for store credit or exchange only, less shipping costs to and from our headquarters. any return requests made after 7 days will not be granted.

final sale items include: lingerie, jewelry, vintage, socks, and beauty.

clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags on, and in its brand new condition. swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene strip in place, and in its brand new condition. shoes must be unworn, with zero scuff marks on the sole (please note this when trying on) and in their original, undamaged box. no exceptions.
